Which Chery Tiggo 7 Pro is the best?
While each buyer should consider their individual needs, Drive's pick of the Tiggo 7 Pro range is the entry-level Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Urban with front-wheel drive.
Despite clocking in under $40,000 drive-away, the Tiggo 7 Pro Urban variant still offers premium touches as standard, like a panoramic sunroof, an eight-speaker Soundsystem and a rear-view camera.
It also benefits from the generous 626-litre boot available across the range, with cargo room expanding to 1672L with the rear seats folded. A full-size spare (also available across the range) offers peace of mind.
If you're willing to spend a bit extra, the Tiggo 7 Pro looks particularly sharp in the optional $600 Space Black paint.
What standard equipment does the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro have?
Standard equipment available across the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro range includes 18-inch alloy wheels with a full-size spare, a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, satellite navigation, a panoramic sunroof, a rear-view camera, AM/FM radio, a 12.3-inch driver display and an eight-speaker Sony sound system.
The mid-spec Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Elite gains an additional 360-degree camera, power tailgate, power-folding mirrors, illuminated front door sill covers, a negative ion air freshener, and a cargo blind.
Finally, the flagship Tiggo 7 Pro Ultimate offers all-wheel capabilities and gains 19-inch alloy wheels, a rear-view camera auto-dimming function, red brake calipers, outside mirrors with memory, and ventilated front seats.
The Tiggo 7 Pro Ultimate also adds three extra driving options – Snow/Mud/Offroad – on top of the three standard driving modes – Eco, Normal, and Sport.
