Ford's 2013 Fusion, or the new Mondeo to Australians, will be promoted with four modified variants at this year's SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
Ford has let loose four tuning houses on its new family car, creating four distinctly different styling and tuning concepts.
Tjin Edition, MRT Performance, 3dCarbon and Ice Nine Group have each worked their personalising and tuning magic.
The beige paintwork on Tjin Edition's Fusion is an interesting choice, but the rest of the job is suitably impressive.
The all-wheel drive machine packs a 2.0 litre EcoBoost with six-speed Select-Shift transmission. The engine is boosted by a Unique Fabrication turbo upgrade and a side exit Magnaflow exhaust.
The chassis is re-sprung with Pedders coil-overs while the standard brakes have been replaced with a Baer big brake set with 21 inch iForged wheels and Falken tyres bolted on.
Inside the seats are now upholstered in Katzkin leather and a Scosche audio system replaces the stock unit.
3dCarbon's effort is almost as subdued as Tjin Edition's, with a simple white paint job, AMG-style black roof and five-spoke alloys, with apparently little in the way of mechanical changes.
