BMW may at last be preparing to deliver a direct rival to Mercedes-AMG’s C 63 Estate and the Audi RS 4 Avant, if a new report is to be believed.
Traditionally, the midsized M3 hero has been offered exclusively in sedan and two-door forms. And, since the launch of the 4 Series, the M3 ‘range’ has shrunk to a sedan-only arrangement.
But, while past M3 models have left BMW’s German rivals to play at the midsized performance wagon game on their own, that could soon change.
