2010 Mercedes-Benz E 250 CDI Estate added to local range
Mercedes-Benz Australia has added to the people-moving ability of its E-Class range with the introduction of the seven-seat 2010 Mercedes-Benz E 250 CDI Estate to local showrooms.
Powered by the same 150kW/500Nm 2.1-litre BlueEFFICIENCY diesel engine as the as the E 250 CDI sedan and coupe, the Estate returns combined fuel consumption figures of 6.3 litres/100km – 1.0 litre/100km higher than its E 250 CDI siblings, but 0.9 litres/100km more frugal than the petrol-powered E 350 Estate.
Mercedes-Benz Cars Australia managing director, Horst von Sanden, said the addition of the E 250 CDI Estate to the local range adds to the brand’s people-moving credentials.
“Our offering of the largest and most comprehensive estate range in the industry with a choice between the five-seat C-Class, the five- or seven-seat R-Class and the six-, seven- or eight-seat Viano, and now the seven-seat E 250 CDI demonstrates our commitment to the estate buyer,” Mr von Sanden said.
Standard features on the new Avantgarde model line E 250 CDI Estate include electric tailgate with programmable opening angle, bi-xenon headlamps with intelligent light system and adaptive high beam assist, rear-door sunblinds, UCI Media interface with iPod integration, Parktronic with parking guidance and active damping and self-levelling rear suspension.
The 2010 Mercedes-Benz E 250 CDI Estate is available now from $105,500.
